4-25-16 download CRASHES!!

Just saw and attempted the latest May 3-13 2016 download with horrible results. I cant play the game at all anymore. It crashes at the "attempting patch" part of the download. My ex has deleted and re-downloaded PvA2 and lost all of the progress and has totally lost all interest out of frustration. I love this game, i play it daily for way too long. Please fix it, fix it, fix it.
